Abstract on Quality Control; 

I was trained by the best business strategists to use the words 'quality’ and
‘value’ as often as I could. I became a brand manager for a Design Manufacturer and found that there was a gap between how design products are made and how people write about and communicate the value of them.

Every time I did not understand something I would go to the people who knew how things were made. I visited factories all over the world and ended up spending most of my time with Product Developers and Quality Controllers. That is how I learnt. The aim for this project is to show that same route to knowledge of Quality Control.

This is why I decided to look deeper into the realm of the discipline, in design manufacturing, combining portraits and critical analysis presenting Quality Control in a somewhat different fashion.
